A crafter for many years who tried pottery in 2006 and fell in love with the art form, I began taking “fun” weekly evening pottery classes and found I could not give it up! I was hooked and it took many years of practise with an experienced functional potter to become proficient on the wheel. I think one of the things I love is pottery is constantly a challenge and every step of the process has unique aspects to master, I am constantly learning.

I like to create functional pieces for everyday use; items are food and dishwasher safe. Wheel thrown and hand built pieces all individual and unique including mugs, vases, knitting bowls and berry bowls. I am situated in the scenic rural community of Hadashville and am now taking on pottery as a cottage industry. I hope you stop by to hear about the process and see my work.
