Pat’s Pottery Etc. is a unique experience of an artist owned gallery, and working studio.
Overlooking Brereton Lake, it is a beautiful space and place, of creativity and healing.
Pat teaches the life lessons of clay, while expressing her own creativity through
her pottery, jewelry, and oil paintings which are only sold on site.
Pat moved to the Whiteshell Provincial Park in 2002 after having spent every summer of her life there. She opened her then small studio to a few interested students and it has been growing ever since. After two additions the studio is 1250 sq feet, with a classroom of 800 sq feet. Summer months are busy with clay classes, pick and paint pottery people, and shoppers. There is a free lending library and some comfy chairs for a cup of tea and a read while waiting for shoppers or grandkids to finish a piece of pottery. Spring and fall hours are quieter so Pat is usually busy making product. She is always happy to demonstrate and talk about clay.
