To be eligible as a Boreal Shores Art Tour artist, you must have a mailing address or own or rent property in the region. The general catchment area for the Boreal Shores Art Tour:
- The Manitoba / Ontario border on the east.
- Hwy #1 on the south.
- Hwy #11 north to Hwy 317 and then west to Libau / Lake Winnipeg on the west including the Eastern Beaches of Lake Winnipeg up to Victoria Beach area.
- Fort Alexander, Pine Falls area over to the Ontario border on the north.
