We are excited to welcome new artists to the Tour. If you have a mailing address or own property in our region, you are eligible to apply.

- Applications will be accepted between October 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025.
- New applications will be reviewed by an independent and anonymous board of artists whose decision to admit or not, using these guidelines, will be accepted by the Board of BSAT.
- Artists will receive a timely acceptance or rejection notification from the jury. Jurors are anonymous. Their decisions will be final and comments will be “accepted” or “not accepted”.
- Once accepted into BSAT, the Tour fee is $150.00.
- Financial assistance is available from the Rosemary Scurfield Memorial Assistance Fund to sponsor artists who cannot afford the fees themselves for various reasons. To apply, an artist need only address an email to the Board explaining their circumstances. We keep all information confidential, and recipients of the fund are not identified publicly.
- All fees due within 10 days of notification of acceptance by jury.
