The owner, Tanis Thomas, is a member of Ochekwi-Sipi Cree Nation (Fisher River), with Cree & Metis ancestors from the Interlake and Grand Beach regions of Manitoba.  Her focus is business operations, sales, and creative design.

The head jeweller and lapidary/gemologist is Canadian of English and French ancestry, with roots in Winnipeg, and the Manigotagan/Long Lake area of Manitoba. An accomplished goldsmith, silversmith, coppersmith, and gem cutter, he has studied gemology with the GIA (Gemological Institute of America).

We attend a few select events during the year and post details on Instagram.  In the past we have participated in the annual Indigenous Art and Crafts Sale held at Neeginan Centre in Winnipeg, Scattered Seeds in Winnipeg, Manitoba Hydro’s Indigenous Artisan Markets, Manitoba Craft Museum’s Artisan Markets, Etsy Made in Manitoba Markets, Manitoba Museum’s Artisan Market, and our work is available at the Golden Boy Gift Shop in the Manitoba Legislative Building in Winnipeg.  More recently we have been in events close to home, including the Boreal Shores Art Tour, the Whiteshell Winter Arts Festival, and Reactions Salon Open Houses in the spring and winter.
